So far, very introductory. Showing examples of what I assume are high dollar agency case studies certainly sets the bar high. Now we need to get to writing them - interview questions, format, methods of delivery, what can we expect potential clients to expect from us, typical methods of payment and how soon do most clients pay, is a contract needed, etc.
